💡 What are floating seats?
Unlike per-seat tools that charge for every employee, Minuteory charges for concurrent active users. That means the number of people using the app at the same time. A 20-person company where 7 people are typically active simultaneously pays for 7 seats, not 20. For comparison, a standard per-seat tool at €10/user × 20 users = €200/mo. Minuteory SME Team = €159/mo, with unlimited registered users.

Live support chat is always free. It never consumes AI tokens and is available to all users regardless of plan, including the free tier. Token usage only applies to in-app AI features (summaries, AI Chat, Talk-to-Task™).
Credits do not expire as long as your account is active. However, accounts with no activity for 90 consecutive days will be removed, including any remaining credit balance. To keep your account active, simply log in or use any feature within the 90-day window. Remaining credits are non-refundable after account removal.
€5 per million input tokens · €15 per million output tokens, uniform across all plans. Cumulative token usage is tracked on the Organisation billing page.
All prices listed in this document are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) or equivalent local taxes. Where applicable, VAT will be added to invoices at the rate applicable in the customer's jurisdiction. Example: customers with a registered address in Hungary are subject to Hungarian ÁFA at the current statutory rate of 27%, which will be added to the invoice amount.
